The final products are tested for bullet resistance under different conditions of attack. That policy enables us to guarantee absolute protection of passenger compartment and main vehicle units when it is under attack with usage of different weapon types.
Since 1992 the enterprise has been manufacturing safety laminated glass according GOST P 51136-2008 “Safety laminated glass” for vehicles, external and internal building and facility glazing including:
- Impact-resistant glass of A1, A2 and A3 protection levels;
- Breakdown-resistant glass of B1, B2 and B3 protection levels;
- Bullet resistant glass of 2CR, 3CR, 4CR, 5CR, 5aCR, 6CR, 6aCR, BR6 protection levels.
Employees of the enterprise made it possible to produce glasses with the optimum combination of weight, thickness and bullet resistance. It enables to reduce weight of the whole vehicle and increase its real weight capacity. Warranty period of storage and operation is equaled to 2 years; glass durability is 7 years since its manufacture date.
Products manufactured by “Magistral Ltd” may be used under different environmental conditions keeping their properties in the temperature interval from -50°C to +70°C and humidity up to 95%. Mark CR verifies that. Uncoloured safety glass transparency is not less than 70% for thickness up to 60 mm and not less than 60% for thicker one. Our bullet resistant glass does not change its colour during the recommended operation period that is one of the most important automotive glass characteristics. In 2006 the enterprise started series manufacture of electrical heated armoured glasses with protection not only from the bullet but icing and weeping. In 2007 we began to produce armoured glass with gun-ports.
We produce safety glass for transport vehicles, office and public buildings where there is a necessity of life protection and material values security.
Since 2005 the enterprise has been manufacturing architectural glass with maximum dimensions of 2250 × 3100, office partitions, glass doors. On request we can colour the glass or make a sandblasting. All design decisions are directed at satisfaction of the customer's requests.
